Who are we?

The Future Alliance/Fiers & De Mey is an executive and direct search organisation and was founded in 1992. We have offices in Brussels (Avenue Louise), Antwerp (Louiza Marialei) and Ghent (Prinses Clementinalaan) and thus are able to establish an optimal cooperation with clients and candidates all over the country.

Our offer of executive search & assessment is further completed with outsourcing of recruitment and various HR-projects.

Our multidisciplinary team consist of 20 enthusiastic and motivated professionals with a very divers background. Their experience is situated in both the business world and in consultancy.

We are active in a diversity of sectors ranging from FMCG, ICT, Legal over Chemistry and Services. For each of these sectors we have an experienced ‘Practice Leader’ on board.

On an international level, we are linked to the IESF organisation (International Executive Search Federation) and are the exclusive partner for Belgium. This organisation consists of various local members and thus tries to set up an international network in the field of executive search & selection.
